Roads and some of the people whom drive on them

So yesterday I witnessed two interesting altercations. I wouldn't really call them altercations, but I going to cause I don't have a world for it.
So I'm travelling down number 3 road in Richmond. I am at the intersection of 3rd aad Bridgeport. There's three lanes, two turn left and one goes straight. I'm in the middle lane, turning into the middle lane on Bridgeport. Another fellow motorist is travelling I be left lane turning into what I would presume the left lane.
Nope, the fellow motorist decides to turn into he middle lane, the very same lane I am turning into. In the middle of the intersection said motorist turned into the middle lane. Realizing he going to hit me, he slams on the brakes, gives me his best handicapped face and lays on the horn. Realizing he's in the wrong he speeds up and stays in his lane ( the one he was suppose to turn into). No "sorry wave" or anything. Thanks motorist.

Second, driving eastbound on Arthur Laing bridge after work, car tries to turn left at intersection with a blatant sign hung from the lamp post that says... No left turn. It's cause it's a one way street. I'd imagine its the only reason why you can't turn left there...
