Meditations and reminders

Have been making a conscious effort to meditate everyday and also to take time out of my day to think about the positive things in my life in an attempt to live a more less negative lifestyle.
Was laid off work cause of the COVID-19 pandemic but returning July 6th.
Looking forward to getting to back to “normal”. Had time to reflect and rethink my priorities going forward. Hope to post more soon: Namaste
