If he was imaginary then why is it December 16, 2013 "AD" ? Or maybe the imaginary reference means something else?

Well the dinosaurs sure as fuck didn't label their time period
6000000
BC. And when the next religion or belief or whatever comes along then a new timeline and new name will also surface

A man came into the my store the other day and from unseen corner I said "HELLO THERE" he looked around the store in a panic and then he looked up! I appeared before him and he said "Whoa there you are, you had me looking to the sky thinking God was a woman" I replied "I am"

My point Chris if we can keep it on an emotionally level plain is that whether or not I am religious I think history shows that a person did walk the planet and said he was the son of god and history shows even from Roman history that he existed. As I said I am not coming from a religious standpoint but rather a historical one. There is history of his disciples walking accross Europe to spread the word. We track time from this period. Roman history mentions it and documents it. And as a PS the Old Testament is a book of fairy tales to help you with judgements you may make of me.

What makes Christianity more believable than any other religion? Lots of people walked the planet spouting bipolar gibberish back in the day. And human beings on a par were a lot stupider as well. I've watched Chris angel walk on water and he made it look real, although it is indeed an illusion

Lol! I must weigh in here...because clearly nobody has answered or attempted to answer why Jesus was a white boy! The Middle East is and always has been a biblical apocalypse! You have Jews, Muslims, Christians etc all trying to live harmoniously! Jesus is the son of God in some religions while in other religions the son of they're god is known by another name. And please don't forget all the tribes in the bible! And the different colours do their skin! Depending on your location depends on the colour of Jesus's skin!

And all I was doing was questioning why so many people would say its imaginary when there is history to support the existence of this person at this time period. Not standing on a soapbox of religion just questioning why with so much evidence of existence why so many would say imaginary? And still dont have that answer. One side says faith says X and the other side is basing a faith based process on Y. eh...interesting.

you wanna have faith in something? have faith in the hope that you will die with enough money in your bank account to cover your own funeral costs... have faith that your kids grow up to be successful, and don't hate your guts... have faith that your neighbor isn't a homicidal maniac!! but hey, if you want to have faith in a 2,000 year old book written by "fiction" writers, then by all means help yourself!!!!!

You know...this is getting somewhat humorous to me with all the talk of "Jesus" not existing! Now before you get your hackles up hear me out! We have had a history of war mostly based in religious persecution, we have martyrs, we have pagans, we have persecutors all based on who believes they're "god" "deity" "ruler" whatever is the "ONE" who we all need to bow down to! If one believes no higher power exists I believe in a sense one would be calling 10's of millions of people or more "crazy" and that is precisely what starts these wars! Everyone believing their higher power is the one we ALL need to believe in! We all have our own beliefs some choose to be Atheist, some Agnostic and others have their own belief or religion!

Check out the El Comino De Santiago. (the way of St James) There is history of the Disciples spreading out to spread the word in this time period. Roman history documents it or maybe it was just Constantiople after conversion saying ok you Christians what day to we make today? Is our date today in the history books. I am simply questioning things myself and that BC and AD have always interested me.

Dinosaurs and the Bible
The story of Creation in Genesis 1 tells of a God who created sea life as well as birds on the fifth day and the rest of the animals on the sixth day.
Although reptiles are listed among the animals created, dinosaurs are not specifically mentioned. This should not surprise us, because in Moses’ day (the author of the book of Genesis), the word dinosaur did not exist, nor was he under the obligation to specifically mention them; he didn’t mention numerous other groups of animals as well. For example, Genesis does not mention beetles, sharks, starfish, moss, algae, or any number of other groups of organisms.
The fact that, in the Bible, dinosaurs were not mentioned by name does not prove that God did not create them; nor does the strange appearance that they have in museum replicas. Currently, there are many animals just as strange in appearance as dinosaurs—consider deep-sea anglerfish, platypuses, and kangaroos—and they don’t draw that much attention. Some people believe that dinosaurs appeared as the result of the curse after Adam’s and Eve’s sin, but the Bible does not shed any light on this, nor does it explicitly identify which animals changed as a result of sin and about what kind of changes these might have been.

What does the Bible say about dinosaurs? - Ministry Magazine

Some years ago, after I had lectured to Adventist university students and young
professionals, a pastor approached me and asked, "Could you please talk to my wife and convince her that dinosaurs really did exist?" This request was not a joke.

Its kind of like saying Mohamed was imaginary. And i have been to his home town. And that will be seen as a joke by many but its true. History is what it is in some circumstances.
