Gym time...

Ah yes. It feels pretty good to get back to the gym. Not even to get ripped. Sorry, but big upper body, little legs ain't my thing. Or I do not aspire to become a stalky dude. Just to get some exercise and take care of my body. Only got one ya know...

I watched this movie last night called "the other F word". It followed around some of the mainstay players in punk rock, Featured interviews with

Was a really good movie, basically to tells a story of a bunch of punk rockers who were rising again the establishment, then grew up and had kids. And trying to maintain the whole persona of a punk rocker while having a family.

Social media

Day two of no interaction on Social Media site Facebook. I'm trying to see if I am addicted to the site. Apparently I have had the same urges to use it like when I was a smoker. It is habit forming in my mind. Still now, as I sit here typing away on my blog, (lets face it, it's a journal for tall the world to see) I want to go to the Facebook app on my ipad and check out what's happening in peoples lives.
It's crazy to thing a website is habit forming, or to think that it can become habit forming. Or I'm just so bored with my life that I vicariously live through others to meet some need I build up in my head.

Also I decided to plus in the guitar and make a new song... Well a demo anyway. So far it's pretty good. A good ole fashioned rock and roll song.
